1. Pre application process
1. Determine available surface area. Do you have accessories to work around; handles, D-rings etc. You may have to straddle them or work around them.
2. Decide on font style
3. Do you have letter height requirements
4. Verify stencil quality (2 mil high performance vinyl suggested) will it stick to Hypalon (test it!). Also ask about shelf life of stencils and storage if you don’t plan to use them all at once.
