The common production method would be a separate floor and set of tubes that are then attached. Now you have a hull and tube that are one piece reducing waste allowing us to bring you a more affordable product. Tapered tube design to maximize space and performance on the water. Molded ‘Gripper’ handles for easy maneuvering on land. Hinge and pin thwarts allow you to quickly outfit the boat to you ever changing needs. 1,100 Denier Hypalon Bottom Chafers are an extra slippery layer of armor to protect your raft on the bottom of the main tubes where it really counts. Most bottom chafers don't have a base fabric but have a piece of neoprene or gum rubber, great for wear resistance but not tear resistance. Offered in a selection of the most popular sizes.
